rules of netiquette
the rules of netiquette are some rules that pretend give us information about the correct way to express ourselves by internet and send right messenges and talk effectibly and clearly.
the ten rules of netiquette are:
1. Spell check: try to make a few gramatical, punctuaction and spelling errors.
2. no all caps: try to not use capital letters all the time because it means that you´re shouting all the time.
3. tell the truth: be honest with your information to be the communication nice.
4. be yourself: try to be yourself because you aren´t anonymous and the other users are real too.
5. do not flame: try to not respond email or comentswith negative massages, this make you uncivilized.
6. do not spam: you mustn´t send bad or strange messages because probably this contain spam with viruses, spyware and malware.
7. be conservative: quality is better that quantity. Be conservative in email you send and liberal in email you receive because quality is better than quantity
8. do not sent email at night: send email at night can call your life style into a question. because the normal people sleep at night.
9. shot secure sites: if you do´nt use secure sites to shop, Hackers maybe obtain your information and cause you somo damage.
10. use discretion: when use internet try to give the information, for example in a social network BUT protect your private information fron evil persons.

Transactional letters
1. What is a transactional
letter?
It´s a formal letter use to ask questions, give advice
or ask for information in a polite way.
2. What are the 6 steps when writing a transactional
letter?
The six steps are:
1. Get off to a good start:
First of all, thing in this
questions carefully;
Who are you writing, why
are you writing, what you are writing about.
When you have the purpose to
the letter, begin to work.
2. Planning
These letters only need 120-150 words, so, we have to
take the time for plan the letter, but is important take care of the next
points:
you must be careful thing about the why and the what
are you writing, before of that, maybe is very important made a hand writing
for see the words missing or the real or complete idea and change whatever
thing that you want.
3. Deciding on paragraphs
It’s probably that you use four or five paragraphs and
the essential to put in the letter:
A. a very short opening paragraph: usually just a sentence with the appropriate structure.
B. the first main paragraph: it´s based in the
question of the letter, so the question is right here.
C. the second main paragraph: try to ask or explain your question.
D. the ending: it´s just short paragraphs but make you sure about the
correct way to say good bye.
4. Using your own words.
When you use your own
word, you show your ability to have a great vocabulary and try to be the letter
easily to read as possible.
5. Choosing the right style:
Difference the formal
or informal way to write and the correct word in a good situation.
In the informal way:
Use short forms like
isn’t, I’ve, won´t, etc.
Miss out some word in
the sentence like the pronouns
Use informal
intensifiers like completely fantastic
Use simple vocabulary
And when you write in
a formal way, make the opposite of the informal way.
6. Check and correct:
When you finish your
letter, try to check again to see the grammatical mistakes and the order of
words.

most important information that you should take into account at the time of
writing a transactional letter?
You should try to expose your point of view. Every
paragraph must contain a specific purpose. For write this, you must be clear.
In the first paragraph you write about why are you written and in final
paragraph you must write about what you expect the next time and be sincere
with our own words.

Dear Mr. Chong:
I want to communicate whit you because the figure that
I bought don’t satisfied my expectations. I think your product and the
information that you give to the costumers is wrong.
In my case, I bought I female china figure but what I
saw contain, the figure was broken. Only thing that was completely wrong for me
was the message that I said to you that write to me dear husband Marcel, you
write other name, Marine, and it was annoying for me and disappoint for my
husband.
I want to know, how to get back the money that I paid
for the product and where is located your office or if you sent to me the money
by my address.
